I know I am a bit late to this but here is Lily's birth and death in NSW (from BDM index online)

17057/1897 FERNANCE LILY I / AARON / ROSE L / ULMARRA
101642/1977 EGGINS LILY IRENE / ERROL / ROSE /

Aaron FERNANCE married Rose Lillian LEE in Maclean district, NSW in 1892 (reg 4743).

Percy's parents, Caleb EGGINS and Jane SMITH married in Grafton district in 1891 (reg 4172).

Thank you, did you happen to find a birth for Joyce Lillian Fernance, we think she was born 1915 but her cemetery plaque says 1919, would love to find it the birth!!!
