If Helen Gibb was second wife, then it may be possible that she also had been married before, so Gibb may not be her maiden name.
(All depends on when Alice died, if she died)

Scotlands People has a marriage in 1909 in Greenock West between Thomas MCGEACHY and Alice STEWART.

It is a pay per view site and the marriage cert would list Alice's age etc and parents names http://scotlandspeople.gov.uk

Edit The site lists a marriage in 1938 In Blythswood Glasgow between Thomas MCGEACHY and Helen GIBB

You need the two marriage certificates to find out their ages and their parents names.

hi there trying to find information on alice stewart and Helen gibb who were the 1st and 2nd wife of my granddad Thomas mcgeachy born 1888 in Greenock, Renfrewshire.
