Yes all of the above info correct thank you just cannot find him after the info on his fathers army records . Do know the father went onto marry a Clara Martin but no sign of the children

was their 3rd child called Violet Sylvia Irene, b. 22-9-11, West Bromwich?

guardian of the children ......... Mrs Evans, 27 Wood Lane, W Bromwich.


If so ................. I am trawling through Military Pension Records on ancestry, and Thomas Winter, the father, actually joined up in 1899, age 19., joining the Kings Royal Rifle Corps

Yes cannot find anything after :-( last known living with his aunt and two siblings in West Bromwich mother had died and father was at war

Thomas winter born 1909 West Bromwich father Thomas winter mother Edith winter have looked on all sites for Thomas winter 1909 but without much luck we did not know that he was my grandfathers brother we wanted to see if he had any family
