Thomas Phillips born in 1871 at Great Barton. His parents were Thomas and Ellen Phillips. Thomas died in 1936 at Bury St. Edmunds. But in 1901 and 1911 England census where did he live. Did Thomas get married and where was the county. People lived quite local in 19th century so I'm very unsure! Regards Andrew.

How is Thomas related to you, did he have any siblings, and have you found the rest of the family in 1901 and 1911?

Have you got the death certificate for the name of the informant, and married state?

Thank-you

As Thomas (1871) is Edward's (1874) brother -from one of those other threads you gave information about Edward being your greatgrandfather, and Edward is still alive after 1911, and as you have already been told that Thomas and Ellen had 4 children, but 3 had died by the 1911 census, then what does this tell you about Thomas???
