This might be him 1861, not sure if you have this - possibly she came from Glasgow?

There is an old letter in the family with that Waterloo St address on it.
Gosh after all these years this address cones to light.
Stephen left Worcestershire to go to Scotland. His first child William Kindon was born in Scotland in 1863.

Used some credits to look at the actual image of William's birth (have tried to send image to Nala). Stephen and Elizabeth were unmarried at the time of the birth.
Elizabeth gives her occupation as a Cap Maker on the birth registration. THis Elizabeth is in the correct area and is the only one showing on the 1861 census as a cap maker.
