Thank you for you help but I don't think any are right as they are too modern, I think George was an engineer in the Royal Navy.

Hello Anne, are you sure she was born 1922 as stated in your opening post?
It's just that this 1911 census seems too much of a coincidence ...

I'm not sure that there would be records of domestic passengers between Malta and England.
I think this is the marriage:

Oh silly me I should have thought, Malita's daughter my second cousin gave me the info and she was 90 in September so was born in 1923. Malita married my great Uncle Arthur Holberton.Webber. Arthur's brother George was on the Ophir when she took King Goerge V and Queen Mary on their world tour. He served as a Royal Marine. My cousin knows that her grandfather was stationed in Malta and Malita was born there. She is trying to find out if the two were there at the same time .The Ophir was in Malta from 25th March to 27 March 1901 I realise that it is nearly impossible to find out but I gave my cousin Harry's Price's book The Royal Tour for her birthday and she realised the dates possibly matched.
Thanks your help Anne

Hello Anne, when you say "She is trying to find out if the two were there at the same time" could you clarify which two?
Do you mean Arthur Holberton Webber and his brother George, or Arthur Holberton Webber and George Renwick?

I am sorry to be confusing What my cousin wants to know is could George Webber ( her Father's brother) and George and Annie Renwick ( her Mother's parents) and Malita ( her Mother) christened Annie Malita, have been in Malta at the same time. We think we know George Webber was a Royal Marine ( I have his service Record) George Webber served on the HMS Ophir when it took the future King George V and Queen Mary on a world tour The HMS Ophir docked in Malta 25th March to 27th March 2011 ( Harry Price's book) Malita Renwick was born on Malta. Her father was a coppersmith in the Royal Navy. Mother and daughter left Malta when Malita was small on a P&O liner. Father stayed in Malta.
We now know George Renwick was in the Royal Navy as a coppersmith. He served on the HMS Thetis from 25 Nov 1898 to 8 June 01 ( thank you Chris Ho I downloaded his service record as you suggested) Your 1911 census shows Malita was born in 1900 in Malta Does the 1901 census include Annie and her child?
What we would like to know is When did Malita and her Mother leave Malta and on what liner. ( need a passenger list look up) Was the HMS Thetis in Malta when the Future King and Queen was there. ( we rather think he was as Price's book says " The noise became defining as over 40 men of war began the salute"
Thanks Anne

Hello Anne, if you look above at my post of 24 Jan 2014 20:01 you'll see that I've posted the 1901 for wife Annie and daughter who were already home in Kent.
I also said at 20:18 "I'm not sure that there would be records of domestic passengers between Malta and England." - passenger lists were mainly inter-continental. The only way they would be recorded coming from Malta would be if the voyage had initially originated outside of Europe. Already checked passenger lists and can't see them (but someone else might see something I've missed?).
Annie Melita Renwick was born 25 Jan 1900 (per her death record), the 1901 census was taken 31 March so that's a window of 15 months for them to have come to England from Malta. You say in your post above "The HMS Ophir docked in Malta 25th March to 27th March 2011" - should that year be 1901?
If the year IS 1901 then could Annie Elizabeth and daughter Annie Melita have got back to Kent in time for the census?

On the 1891 census for Arthur Holberton Webber he has a brother George F Webber born Plympton, so I'm guessing this is that same brother in 1901:
1901 census transcription details for: "ophir" Royal Yacht
National Archive Reference: RG number: RG13 Piece: 5328 Folio: 125 Page: 22 Reg. District: Royal Navy At Sea and in Ports Abroad
County: Royal Navy at Sea and in ports abroad
Name Relation Condition Sex Age Birth Year Occupation , Disability Where Born WEBBER, George F Members Of Crew Single M 20 1881 Bugler R M Plymouth, Devonshire
When the census was taken 31 Mar 1901 the ship was docked at Great Bitter Lake, Suez Canal, Egypt. The census cover records that it was voyaging to Australia and the colonies.

So to summarise where everyone was on the 31 March 1901:
George F Webber - on the Ophir in the Suez Canal
George Renwick - on the Thetis in St Helena, The Cape of Good Hope, South Africa
Annie Elizabeth and Annie Melita Renwick - in Gillingham Kent.
I've no idea how long it would take a ship to get from Malta to either of the two places the ships were at on the 31st.

I think the log of the Thetis for that period would probably say where it docked and when:
