I can't see any records of this in Cornwall before the 1960's

I may be missing something, of course

There is one instance in 1875 of a birth............in Warwickshire
.............and one in London in 1909

Does anyone know if there is a family link between the Tangyes and the Trevithicks? Both families are from Illogan in Cornwall and both were involved in engineering, especially relating to Cornish mining.

Most of the male Tangyes, down to the present day, have Trevithick as one of their forenames which suggests more than a professional link between the families.

Grateful for any help with this.
