I was just about to post a link when I realised that ArgyllGran has beaten me to it with the same one.

It's not searchable by name or keywords , and you just have to trawl issue by issue.

I used it yesterday to find an obituary.
All I had was the year of death, but luckily I didn't have to spend too much time as I discovered that my rellie died at the beginning of January !

Try this, if you've got lots of patience to trawl! Put the year you want in the "Date" box.

Hi, John Smith above born 5/4/1926 Glasgow, died in c1975 Glasgow of a suspected murder. Has anyone got access to any newspaper articles which may relate to this??
