Help needed please, Looking for Parents of James William Henry Patrick Lindolph Power, Born Dublin 1853, living Norwich, Norfolk on 1891 Census with wife Emily Elizabeth Power (nee Chilvers) born Norwich.
Also when did he leave Ireland for England. ?
