Given that W H is recorded as Henry on previous census, I think this is the correct 1911:

CHANDLER, Henry Head Married M 50 1861 Plasterer Gloucestershire Clifton Bristol
CHANDLER, Louisa Wife Married17 years F 38 1873 Domestic Gloucestershire Bristol
CHANDLER, William Son Single M 15 1896 Not Any Occupation Gloucestershire Bristol
CHANDLER, Elizabeth Daughter F 13 1898 Gloucestershire Bristol
CHANDLER, Walter Son M 9 1902 Gloucestershire Bristol
CHANDLER, Louisa Daughter F 6 1905 Gloucestershire Bristol
CHANDLER, Florance Daughter F 4 1907 Gloucestershire Bristol
CHANDLER, Gorgie Son M 0 (10 MONTH) 1911 Gloucestershire Bristol
CHANDLER, Elsie Daughter Single F 16 1895 Not Any Yet South Wales

RG number: RG14 Piece: 15016
Reference: RG14PN15016 RG78PN906 RD319 SD6 ED19 SN248
Registration District: Bristol
Sub District: St Philip and St Jacob
Enumeration District: 19
Parish: Bristol

Address: 29 Wellington St Easton County: Gloucestershire

It does say on the image that they'd been married 17 years, it also states 8 children born (1 had died). Given that the number of children born is to Louisa then I think that may include children from her first marriage.

Looking at the marriage from FamilySearch, their ages are rather different to those on the 1911:

William Henry Chandler, "England Marriages, 1538–1973 "
Name: William Henry Chandler
Birth Date: 1856
Age: 48
Spouse's Name: Louisa Brain
Spouse's Birth Date: 1874
Spouse's Age: 30
Event Date: 09 Jul 1904
Event Place: St. Matthias, Bristol, Gloucester, England
Father's Name: Bryant Chandler

Spouse's Mother's Name:
Indexing Project (Batch) Number: I02533-9
System Origin: England-EASy
GS Film number: 1596630

EDIT: Browsing through previous census William Henry Chandler (son of Bryant) is always listed as a plasterer whereas the 1911 posted above has him as a carpenter?

Could this be them in 1911? If so it says they've been married 20 years, 2 children, both have died.

I can't see a marriage on Findmypast or FreeBMD for the two you mention in 1904 or any other year.

Where was Amelia Chandler on the 1901 census?

EDIT - Sorry - I've now found the marriage under the name Brain.
