I'm not sure whether it is her or not. Allan's middle initial was D, so I guess he could have been nicknamed Tommy, but it wouldn't be an obvious nickname. I also thought that her maiden name was Caldwell as there was a Uneeta Caldwell living with Allan's parents and his brother/sister in law in 1949, and it seems unlikely that there would be two different Uneetas. She could perhaps have been married to a Caldwell and then again to Allan Atkins, especially given the WW2 timing. I have a photo of Uneeta Caldwell working in a munitions factory in 1943 (from Canada Archives), but clearly too much time has passed to say if there is a resemblance. I will keep all the info on file and hope to confirm it with other records. Thank you so much.

we don't believe so, Allan was my husband's first cousin once removed, but we believe that all of his generation (siblings and their spouses) are now deceased, we might be wrong but she was born in around 1921, so while its possible she could still be alive I think its unlikely

Is she still alive? She appears with an Allan Douglas Atkins in 1958 and is living alone in 1974

I would be very grateful if someone could look up the information given for Uneeta ATKINS in the Voters Lists. She appears to have moved between Alberta and Ontario.

I'd love to know where and with whom she was living (assuming they too were eligible to vote).
