I have certificate for birth of Arthur and it definitely shows address as 28 Gt James Street, Marylebone. I think I will just have to go with the fact that in 1901 they were missing.

there isn't a census listing for number 23 in 1901

In 1911 the Piper family were at 19 South Wharf Road, Paddington.

Hi Does anyone have 1901 census on find my past. I am looking for any famiies that are residing at the property of 28 Great James Street, Marylebone.
I have access to ancestry but cannot search on address.
