The 1861 census says Elizabeth was born in Kinfare.

would that be a good match for this baptism ?

There is nothing to back it up but.........4 tree's on Ancestry have Elizabeth's maiden name as "Oakley"

Don't you need the birth certificate of a child to know the mother's surname to make sure you have the right marriage when you find it ?

since the censuses say Elizabeth was born abt 1813 an 1826 marriage might be a little too early ...

I'm not really seeing anything positive on FamilySearch.

I think you might have to purchase a copy of Emma's birth cert to find out her Mother's maiden name.
