Thankyou for all your help, I'm new to all this, i seemed to have found alot of my moms family, but my dads has been difficult. The information given seems to fit. My dad is in his 70s now, so he struggles to remember dates etc. |

Your father's parents marriage. The certificate should give the names and occupations of both fathers and the ages of bride and groom |

You only have your grandfather "possibly born 1916" - is this likely to be his death, do you remember when/where he died? |

There are a couple of possibles for Alfred H. Knight on the 1911 census. The best thing would be to buy his marriage certificate which should name his father (if he is known). |

Have you got Bernard and Maud's marriage certificate for confirmation of any information found? |

It's possible that this is Elizabeth in the 1911 census:- |

If Bernard Charles Knight was the one born in 1916 in West Bromwich then this seems to be his parent's marriage:- |
