I am helping a relation with his family tree, can any one help me please . We are looking for a GEORGE HENRY BARTLETT born about 1918 in DAVONPORT PLYMONTH-----died BIRMINGHAM . ( we think his father was called George henry Bartlett as well ) we also think he had a brother called ROY and a sister but do not know her name. He joined the army ( he gave another dob to make him older ? ) and went over to India , he married a STELLA BELL and had 2 children out there, they came over to England in 1946 but left England to go back to India in 1947( only one child born at this time , ) They came back to England don't know what date at the moment , but separated , any information would be great . kind regards eve
