What I will do is go into Worcester and look up some info at the Archives as the village Claines rings a few bell with my cousins.

I will send for a certificate when I am more sure.

I would think the same or similar details would come up in the 1901 census.

A tree on Ancestry says that he married Mary Mills 1884 and had 6 children. It gives his parents as William Shuck & Harriet Preece.

This marriage is a good find and could well be him.

If he married Mary Mills that may be him in the 1911 that Penny posted.
