I am looking for any information on a Herbert Jones born 1888 in America >His parents were William Henry Jones and Emma nee Edwards .In 1939 at his fathers funeral in Gloucestershire flowers were sent from Herbert and Blanche in Pittsburgh. William Henry died on board a ship coming back from America and another son died in 1916 fighting for the Canadians so I am looking for information on Herbert please |

Thank you Andrew I have a family photograph taken at the Golden Wedding of William H Jones and Emma with all the children and grandchildren and I am trying to identify everyone One of their sons died in France in1916 but there is still one missing from the photo so I assume it must be Herbert as he was in Pittsburgh in both 1930 & 1940 census .So thank you for that information |

He was 19 (i.e., a minor) when he enlisted - check when he attested - and as such, he would need parental permission, |
