Some 40 odd years after Alfred Greenhill's death there is a mention of Mr Killick Kent in a newspaper article

Headline: THE FALL OF NAPOLEON'S STATUE AT BOULOGNE.
Publication:Gloucester Citizen
Publication date:Thursday 22 February 1894

The article is by the Boulogne sur Mer correspondent of the Times and was about the removal of a statue of Napoleon in that town (it was made of terracotta and had crumbled and was eventually blown over).

The article mentions "It was erected in 1856 by Mr A Killick Kent, an enterprising trader in Boulogne".

Was that his name, or could he have been Alfred KILLICK from Kent..

just thinking there are quite a few Killicks in Kent, so wondered if his origins had got mixed in with his name?
