Member Since: July 2006 Posts: 64 Send Message	good morning all, William john miller b 26.04.1888 st Sampson Guernsey channel islands.i have him in 1891 and 1901 living in woodbury devon and lympstone devon with his family. in 1911 he is living in whimple devon lodging , working as a gardener. I can not find him after this ,I thought there may have been a military record for him , a marriage or death but no luck. of course he could of returned to Guernsey or emigrated ? maybe you clever people may have more luck than I have so far thank you amanda

	There is no birth registered in Devon to match the death.............and 1945 death certs did not record birthplaces This birth is presumably the one you think is relevant Birth Name: MILLER, William John Registration district: Plymouth County: Devon Year of registration: 1889 Quarter of registration: Jul-Aug-Sep Volume no:5B Page no:266 The above person would have been 56 in 1945 Who registered the death?
