Hello,I am looking for help with my Greatgranfather , William Marsh who married Elizabeth Jackson on the 9th Feburary 1846 Collegiate Parish Church ( which is now Cathedral Manchester ) born 1826, Father John Marsh, on the Marriage Certificate living in Glass Street Hulme at the time of Marriage place of Birth not know , my Granfather Albert Edward Marsh his son born 21 st of June 1864 35 Crossley Street Chorlton Upon Medlock married Ada Johnson in Edmonton Middlesex 1896 , any help would be very welcome , thank you. Hello, thank you all, for the information this is a great help,as my Granfather house in London was bombed in 1940/41 & all photos & documents, were lost in the fire following the bombing, Thomas married eliza pennington 1865 John died age 10 in 1865,My GG Granfather John I have no information on him except what is on the marriage certificate for William, & Mary ( John wife ) also I have on information, I can confirm on Williams marriage certificate that his father John occupation is a dyer & also is William, ( 1864 William occupation on his son Albert Edward birth certificate is a railway porter ) my grandfather died on 31/12/1933 in Lee Lewisham London age 72 he had been a Engineer in the Royal Arsenal Woolwich London, any help on John Marsh & his wife Mary would wonderful.
