Thank you all so much. I am new to Genes and surprised at the responses.
All are spot on including George Reuben who is a son of George.
I am a direct descendant of this George Reynolds and have been researching this family for 15 years.

The descendants of George or many of them settled in Tasmania and a few of those went on to South Africa. I am a South Afrrican.

I think he George was born in London area.
What I am really after is to find out about the parents of this George b 1806 and have not progressed this for years. Hence my joining Genes.

I will go through the existing threads carefully over the next few weeks.
