I'm assuming that Eliza J, William T, Lily, Samuel , & George were the children of William D & Emily - is that the case, Chenni?.
If so, Samuel couldn't have been born in 1871, at least I hope not, because Emily would only have been 14.
So maybe the 1881 above is still a possibility.

Perhaps you're looking at two different families, Chenni?
There was the 1891 census record posted above - but there's also this one, which seems to have the children you listed - in which case Emily can't be Emily nee Willey:

There are too many Samuel or William T Smiths for us to tell which would be the right marriages - if they married at all.

If you click on Search at the top of this page, then Search All Member Trees, and enter Samuel Smith, born 1880, Bristol, four results come up. Perhaps one of those is the person you're looking for.
Doing the same for William Smith, born Bristol 1879 +/- 1, produces 13 results.
William T (or William Thomas) Smith doesn't produce any.
