Find Ancestors

Does anyone have suggestions on how I may find Zachariah in 1891 census (and 1841 census). I know he was born in Beighton, Norfolk in 1820, baptised as a Particular Baptist in Salhouse, Norfolk, married in Hopton, Suffolk in 1845 and died there in 1895. Spent his life as an agricultural labourer. I have tracked him in 1851/61/71/81 census. I would so like to find the other two entries. If possible!!!

Not sure about this name. Looking at the original it could be anything really. Just can't make it out.

Thanks for all of the feedback. He is the Zachariah Howes who married Rachel Gosling. That also cost me huge problems when I started researching him, it was not recorded centrally. I went to Hopton Church found the marriage in the register and then notified St Catherine's house at the time. But still the big frustration of finding him in 1891. I wonder if he was in a workhouse as sometimes not all the names did get recorded.
