Find Ancestors

I'm looking for two generations of John Fletcher. The first married Hannah Ackroyd in 1840 at St. Hilda Danby North Yorkshire.

I have his marriage certificate, now I am looking for the Baptism record. I believe he was born in Farndale North Yorks in 1815 as that is what is shown on the census returns.

His father was also called John Fletcher and the marriage cert I have gives his occupation as a miner

A problem I have met before with this family.
I have some Parish Records from Clevland FHS but they do not cover these parishes.

Lots to take in here, not sure how many questions it will answer. It certainly provides a comprehensive picture of another North York's parish, and puts of the need to travel to get information. I now live on the south coast so not impossible but not easy.
