I had found this one, but couldn't tie it up!! I will send a PM with the name of the mother, which I didn't want to post in case my friend was a secret! Mothers Surname is also BAPTIST!

Lynne, can you say what surname the mother had, just in case it can be matched up with any of the extended Baptist family?

There is a birth for Alfred (mmn Cousins) in 1922, Dartford, so this is likely to be his parents, Alice is his mother so presumably the Alice on the electoral roll you have

COUSINS Alice Baptist Dartford 2a 963

The marriage of Alfred and Peggy ( mmnHobbs) appears to have been in 1943 Dartford.

I know that a BAPTIST family consisting of an Alfred, Peggy and Alice lived at this address in 1946 and that also the same three adults plus another Alfred lived here in 1947, however I am having problems identifying this family.

A friend, who was adopted has just recieved her birth certificate and found that her mother (who is not one of the named females above) was also at this address at the time of giving birth in June 1947.

I have searched trees and contacted several other researchers, but nothing obvious!

If anyone can help me to identify this family, it would be very much appreciated!
