Hi Beverley
What a great piece of information, it rules out any military connection in Burma.
What can I say but thank you very much.
Regards
Les.

Hi everyone
I am looking for maybe military info for William Anderson b1818 Newcastle, he married Mary Mack in 1840 Newcastle, his first 4 children were born in Burmah then a further 8 back in Newcastle. I have a number of census showing these details.
My query is what was he doing in Burmah, are there any records?
The 4 children:- Mary Mack Anderson b1841, Annie Angus Anderson b1843, William b1844 and John Mack b1845.
Regards Les.
