Reggie I got the info from a genes member looking for the daughter of this couple which was Eva Lavina Owen born 1937.

The marriage is on freebmd.........just use the surnames

I see that there are births which are - presumably - your source............you could buy one of the certs.

The woman may have been married previously - assuming she married Owen, that is

Hi This is not hopeful but can anyone trace a marriage please of Mr. John or Jack Owen from Feckenham to a lady call Rowney surname. Date all I can say is around 1930 to 1935 sorry its a bit sketchy. Very grateful for any help.
