It is only available on the Canadian Archive site at the moment. There are couple of threads about it....if I can find them!
(edit - Margee says that are on Ancestry as well)

Although they aren't indexed, mgnv seems to have got to grips with searching them ;-)

It's on Ancestry. Go to home page, click on "list all databases" and type in "1921 census Canada". Unfortunately it's not indexed yet, you have to know where the person lived.

I read in a magazine that the 1921 Canadian census is now available. I cant see anything through ancestry tho ..
