There's also this death but the age is quite a few years out as to what is shown on the census:

England & Wales, Death Index, 1916-2007

Name: Elizabeth A Tompkins
Birth Date: abt 1862
Date of Registration: Jun 1937
Age at Death: 75
Registration District: Bridport
Inferred County: Dorset
Volume: 5a
Page: 347

I'm not seeing anything in the Dorset burials, might she have been cremated?

I don't know if I could ask you to do one more thing for me.I have been in touch with a gentleman who looks after historical records at Alton Pancras he has confirmed that my great grandfather and his son who died aged two are buried there.i was Asuming that my great grandmother Elizabeth Ann Tompkins or could be recorded as Tomkins would be there as well.but he has informed me that there were no burials in Alton Pancras in 1937 when we are thinking she died.could I ask if it would be possible if you could come up with a resting place for her.many Thanks Phil
