You ask about William Hill & Elizabeth Russell but then you say that William & Jane married in 1810. A tree on Ancestry says that William married Elizabeth Russell 15 Sep. 1810, Carlisle.

Edit: So sorry, just realized you had corrected it to wife Elizabeth Russell.

Can you please tell us any of his sons name and the years they were born please as there are a couple of William Hill's in Cumberland about the age you are requesting.

William and Jane got married at St Marys church Carlisle IN Sept 1810
Willams sons lived in Brampton Carlisle so I think William
did too
Icannot find them on any census can anyone help please
