I am researching Elis(z)abet Armstrong who was born in Enniskillen, Ireland, in
1820 and married John Armstrong in Nelson, New Zealand, 1 Dec 1862. She
died 20 Aug 1887 but marriage had obviously been dissolved as John Armstrong
married again in 1877. I have found a marriage of an Elizabeth Armstrong to
William Murray in 1881 and wonder if this is the same lady?
Cannot find when Elisabeth came to NZ but possibly after John's first wife died
31 Aug 1861.
Would be very grateful for any assistance re above.

Thanks Chris - have that information and also what I could find off the Govt site for births,deaths and marriages.
Haven't been able to ascertain any information about John's second wife
Elisabeth Armstrong, except found notice from paperspast by John saying he
wouldn't be responsible for her debts. He later married Margaret T.
