Did marriage certs in 1823 show who the parents where? Did they have wedding certs or is It just in parish records?
I am trying to find out who the parents are, year of birth? or anything that can help me to get further. I'm trying to get info on WILLIAM SHEPHERD, he married Lucy Herring (1797) 10 December 1823 Charsfield Suffolk. No other information on William, possibly born in Charsfield Suffolk
