I see the births you state but no one is able to say which is him . You may have to take a punt on one if the certs

There's quite a big difference in birth year from Veronica is its the 1934 one

Either Dec 1928 Belper.Derbyshire. Or. Sept. 1934 Ecclesall Bierlow Yorks. Both had the mother as Moore , my family lived in the Ecclesall Bierlow But his sister Veronica was born in Leeds in 1925

All I know that it was a name that my Aunt told me, he was a brother of a Veronica Moore who she took in at a very young age and on her birth certiicate states mother as Mary Teresa Moore . I have a photo of her with Miss T Moore written on the back
