Thank you Gins, am I being dense but what does NOK mean? I've now found on FMP index banns for Cuthbert but surname Tomson at Redmarshall (next door to Bishopton) for 1802. Could you see who he married. Thanks. EDIT Just found the banns on Family search - Ann Etherington.

Would someone be good enough to look at the probate on Ancestry for the above died December Q 1858 Stockton registration district according to FreeBMD. On Ancestry just says Durham. Thank you.
