Ah - that looks like a likely marriage - didn't see this before I posted my comment above. Thanks - that's great.

So this John Lowe could be the son of John and Ann who was baptised 9 Sept 1805 Alford - he'd have been 18 when daughter Mary was baptised. Young for the period, but obviously perfectly possible! Or the first John Lowe could have remarried and had another family, as suggested by 1851 census. Or there were two John Lowes! The ages don't quite match, as the first John Low was buried 16 Nov 1856 aged 89, so he should have been 84 in 1851. Hmm - need to ponder! Thanks everyone.

Chris Lowis' family tree gives Susanna's baptism -
1808, 30 Jul Age: 2, Alford, Lincolnshire, England IGI Baptismal Extraction, Susanna Low, Father; John Low. FreeReg. has parents; John Low and Ann. LFHS Baptisms & Burial 1754-1812 has Susanna Low d/o John Low and Ann.
So it looks as if either there are two John Lows in Alford, or Ann died and he remarried.

Where did you find the baptism to which you refer, if it isn't on the IGI?

Susan(na) Lowe born 1806, baptised 1808 aged 2, daughter of John Lowe and Ann, married Charles Harrison in 1843 in Rigsby parish church, Lincs. IGI doesn't have her baptism but does have 6 children of John and Ann Low, all baptised Alford between 1797 and 1808, plus the burial of John Lowe aged 89 in Alford in 1856. He is listed as labourer on Susannah's marriage certificate. I can't find him in 1841 or 1851, yet he should be there, and it would be great to find a marriage for John Low(e) and Ann. Thanks.
