on the 1851 census Do we know where John Robson and Margret Robson were born?

and why would there be two John Robsons one age 10 one aged 1 month could one be a grandson?

On the 1851 census it gives John Robson's birthplace as Haydon Bridge, Northumberland and Margret's as Penrith.

On the 1861 census the John Robson who is 1 month old is a grandson.
