I've no idea if this is the right man, but there is a Vernon Phipps in Chorleywood (sometimes listed as Herts and sometimes as London) from 1957 to 1984 (when the records end) |

I write on behalf of a friend who is looking for a possible relative, though there is a small chance they could still be alive. We have very little information to go on, but does anyone know or know of a Vernon Phipps who lived in England and worked at Ealing Studios at one point in the 50's and 60's? |
