I have been unable to locate Edward Tomlin born approx 1808 with his wife and family In 1851 census. I have found them all on 1861 census. I have found his wife Mary and some of the children in 1851 but Mary is listed as Head of Household so where is Edward ? In 1861 census Edward was Licencee of The Bull Inn Newhithe and living with wife Mary and some of the children Ann John Edward and Jane
In the 1851 census His wife Mary as head of houseshold with older children Sarah Edward Mary Jane John ? Any help will be most appreciated Thanks Pam
