Find Ancestors

I am trying to find information on my grandfather Thomas Sharpe. He is on the 1911 cencus as living in Bromsgrove with his grandparents. I cannot find an info on his parents.
I wanted to order his birth certificate but am not 100% sure he was born in Bromsgrove. ANY IDEAS PLEASE!

The marriage ties in with that census

Mary Ann Mitchell on the 1871 census must be the Sharpe's daughter

I wonder if Thomas Sharpe was an illegitimate son of one of the Sharpe's daughter, possibly Eliza
