Many thanks - as i said am new to this and finding my feet. i must say it is fascinating but have had to have a break as i was sitting up into the small hours and straining my eyes. As i am not so young (60 next year) and work in front of a computer all day it was too much. Feeling much better now and ready to start again when I am back from a short break. My father told me that the Lisle's came from France but I have not found any evidence so far...
