Can't find a marriage for them and can't find them in 1911

In 1901 he's a retired publisher. I'm assuming it is the same Robert Nicol Christie as in the probate, he is about 21 years older than Alice.

This fits and Jessie his wife died 1922 the next year he married Alice Elizabeth Cray. The only thing is that it doesn't tally with the baptism occupation of shoemaker but he dissolved the partnership in the iron founders in 1893

The address for the above baptisms was 18 Kilburn Park Road Paddington I have tried several times to do a 1911 address search for this on F M P as it says there are 417 results but the sites bombs out before it downloads number 18. Perhaps someone else could try it.

At the time of Madges baptism Robert was a Boot ??ain and a shoemaker at the time of Davinas

Perhaps the mother of all the children on the 1911 census posted above is Alice Elizabeth Cray.

Christie is most likely their father's surname. He could have been already married to someone else, so was unable to marry Alice until his first wife died?

I have a a birth cert hannah maria cray born sept 1886 , now i think i have found here parents and family in the cencuses this info i have ,
but mention no names MEL lol this loverly person sent me a census of her possible parent all the date tie in on it so hmmmm thats the cat amonst the pidgoens now .
my ? is on the census there are two brothers henry and arthur cray i know all about henry but is there a marrage for arthur born 1872 in paddington ,
the eldest daugher on the census is age 12 grandaughter she is madge christe cray born 1899 west hampsted london
so im trying to find out if arhtur married a christe i think ?
