My mother was born in 1923, no father on her birth certificate and from her birth until 1939 we don't know where or who she was living with. As I child I was told she didn't have parents and now she has died I would like to find more information. Is there any information on fostering/children's homes? |

I have thought of Barnados, I will try them. I have found her mother on census but not living with her 3 children. |
