I am absolutely stuck and wonder if anyone can help me please.

I did find this record and thought that Jessie might be going by her middle name Ruth.

Not only is Father Thomas an Engineer, but i also found a School Admission record for a
Ruth Dean~~~~Father Thomas~~~Abode 266 York Street~~~DOB 3/1/1893
So it can't be the same person.
Any ideas welcome.
