Find Ancestors

I have searched my 3rd great grandfather back to Wigtownshire in Scotland born circa 1774. The 1841 Census says he was born in Scotland and the 1851 Census says he was born in Ireland. I have also seen that his name could have been spelt Keenan as well. He married Isabel Garroch/Garrock on 31 Aug 1793 in Inch, Wigtown and had 11 children. Amongst the middle names of the children there is a name thread running through as Broadfoot but cannot find any connection.

Scotlands People shows no birth/baptisms for Kenyon/Keenan 1765-1785 in Wigtown. Nearest surname coming up with varients option is Kenna.
