Could the Ann on the 1841 census be his 2nd wife ?

I have a marriage for a Joseph Sedgwick to a Mary Wilson both of the parish of Monk Hesleden by banns the 7th day of May 1806 which I believe is an Anglican church. I got this from Bishops transcripts so Mary's name could have been mistranscribed, haven't seen original records. PS - my dongle allowance is about to run out so if I disappear off the board that is why. Am not ignoring posts. Thanks.

Remember that ages of adults were rounded down to nearest 5 in 1841, so he could be up to 4 years older than stated.
