Hello,

I am trying to locate the parents of my grandmother Elisabeth Hansen born c1884 in Amsterdam. She married Jan Meerwijk born c1890 in 1918 in Amsterdam.
One of her daughters was Johanna born 1921 Amsterdam.
I have tried familysearch continental europe but couldn't find her.
I have made a few mistakes on this site by pressing the wrong buttons and got told off, it wasn't intentional!
If you're still speaking to me could you offer some advice re Elisabeth?

Nothing seems to fit so I'll keep looking.

I'l leave the post up for a couple of hours and then will remove it as it's possibly not easy to answer.

Have you tried googling Netherlands genealogy? There are several hits.
