Hi There, looking for a marriage of Robert Brown b 1814 Tipton, staffs, he is on 1841 C with Mary ? and their 3 children, Mary 1834, Ann 1837 and Elizabeth 1840 the latter married Joseph Forrest, any help would be great, thank you so much

Can you find the birth reg for any of the children? I'd looked for Hannah Maria Brown, but couldn't spot one :-(
It wasn't compulsary to register a birth until about 1876

Edit - Hannah would have been born before 1837 civil registration. Silly me

You can't get a certificate, you can only use the parish records

use the family search site https://familysearch.org/

You can't. The best you can get is a baptism from the parish records which will probably give the first name of his mother, but not her maiden name. Then you can look for a marriage between xxx Brown and (first name). First of all see if there are earlier child baptisms to try and narrow down an approx year span
