They are not online,still held by the authorities.

They can be applied for by the person themselves or NOK which has to be proven

HI

I am trying to find out if there are any records for my late father in law regarding his national service in 1953 - 1955 ish in the RAF and he was based somewher in Norfolk, his name was Arthur Edward Parkins.

are they available on line or through the MOD?
