Margaret was m. to John Silver McDonald in 1883 in Edinburgh. Can not find her after 1901 census as housekeeper in Edin. Her children were all farmed out to relatives when John died in 1897. I think as she was born in Duirinish, Skye, that she spoke the Gaelic, that she would have had trouble finding a job where she could keep the children. Did she marry again ?? |

Hello Norah, welcome to the boards - have you looked for a possible remarriage for her, or found her on the Scottish 1911 census, on Scotland's People? |
