Find Ancestors

Can anyone tell me where I can find info (Birth/Bapt or parents etc) on Thomas' birth in Bencoolen, Sumatra in c1797?

He married in about 1830 to Phoebe Willington b c1810 in London/Westminster area.

The 1st one is him - his age alters slightly with each census, so c1797/1800.
Don't know who the 2nd one is? maybe a distant relation or something. I'll keep it for reference.
